Terms and refunds

What you buy

A personal license key for Daguerra (the app), or a copy of the ComfyUI workflow file. The license lets you run the app on your own RunPod account for your own use. You may not resell, share or publish the key, the app or the workflow file. Updates to the app are included for the version line you bought.

Payment

Payment is made in USDC on the Solana network to the address shown on the purchase page. Payments are verified by hand, usually within a few hours, and the key is sent to the email you provide. Funds sent on another network or in another token cannot be recovered. Network fees are paid by the sender.

Your costs

You pay RunPod directly for GPU time and storage. We do not receive or control those payments, and we cannot see or access your pod.

Third-party models

The app downloads models and extensions from their original sources (Hugging Face, Civitai and others) using your own access tokens. They are not sold or redistributed by us. Each one has its own license, and you are responsible for reading and following those licenses, including any limit on commercial use of the images you create.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not create sexual, deceptive or defamatory images of real people, images of minors, or content that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for the images you generate and for having the right to use any photo you upload.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment if the app does not run on a supported RunPod GPU and we cannot fix it after trying to help you. Write to us with the problem and a description or screenshot of the error. We will try to solve it first. If we cannot, we refund the amount you paid, in USDC, to the address that sent the payment. We cover the network fee of the refund.

Refunds are not available when the key has been shared or resold, when the problem comes from your RunPod account, balance or token limits, or for a change of mind after the key has been activated and images have been generated. The workflow file, once delivered, is not refundable. After a refund the license ends and you must stop using the app.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your prompts, reference images and settings. We do not promise a particular look or quality. The software is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Privacy

We keep only the email, transaction signature and offer you give us, to deliver and support your license. We do not sell them. Ask us to delete them at any time, except where we must keep a payment record. Reviews you choose to send are published only with your consent.
